Active filters are visible and removable in one tap

ЦельGoal

An investor narrows the lot list to their budget and terms and always understands why they see these lots. This is the first part of the site's goal — finding suitable options.

ЗадачаProblem

On the phone the filters are folded under the «Filters» button, and after choosing them only the number «2» is visible. You could not see which filters were on. Removing one meant opening the panel and finding the right control. When nothing matched, the site said «Nothing matches the filters» but offered no next step: the reset button sat at the bottom of the closed panel.

Above the list, a row of active filters: «Price up to $200k», «Rental programme» and so on, as in marketplace catalogues. With no filters, the row is not shown.
Each filter has a cross: one tap removes just that filter. With two or more, «Reset all» appears next to them.
An empty result now has a «Reset filters» button.
На телефоне высота чипов 44 px (стандарт размера касания), на компьютере — 32 px.On the phone the chips are 44 px tall (the touch-target standard); on desktop, 32 px.
