ЦельGoal
An investor on a phone sets a budget and terms, immediately sees how many options are left, and gets back to the list with one tap. This is the «Budget» scenario and the second part of the site's goal — easy filtering.
ЗадачаProblem
On a phone the open filter panel took 709 px. While the user moved the price slider and ticked boxes, the number of matching options was not visible: the count and the list started below the panel, at 1,169 px. There was no «show results» button — to see the list you had to scroll down through the whole panel or go back up to «Filters». The «List / Map» switch also sat on top of the lower filters.
How it was solved
At the bottom of the open panel — a sticky «Show 6 projects» button, as in marketplace and property-site filters. The number updates with every filter change.
A tap closes the filters and scrolls to the list: the count, the active filters and the first card on top.
If nothing matches, the button says «Nothing found»; in «Units» view — «Show 32 units».
While the panel is open, the «List / Map» switch is hidden and does not cover the filters. The button is 48 px tall. Nothing changed on desktop, where filters and the list sit side by side.
