У 108 из 231 лота цены нет: у всех в данных поле «Цена» помечено «не найдено». В заметке экстрактора у 35 — цены в источнике нет (у 9 из них — фразы вроде «Ask for price» или «Contact Us»), у 73 — в источнике только диапазон, цена «от» по типу или проекту, цена доли или противоречивые суммы, а не цена этого юнита. При этом шапка лота писала «цена по запросу у продавца», таблица юнитов — «по запросу», пин карты — «цена по запросу», а поле «Цена» на том же лоте и в сравнении — «нет данных». «По запросу у продавца» — утверждение, которого в источниках нет. У 52 из этих лотов рядом с пустой ценой в шапке стояла метка «заявление продавца», хотя продавец ничего о цене не заявлял.108 of 231 lots have no price: for all of them the «Price» field is marked «not found» in the data. Yet the lot header said «price on request from the seller», the units table «on request», the map pin «price on request», while the «Price» field on the same lot and in compare said «no data». «On request from the seller» is a claim the sources do not make. On 52 of these lots the header showed a «seller's claim» badge next to the empty price, though the seller claimed nothing about the price.
