Условия проектов (программа аренды, гарантия, оператор, тип права, срок сдачи) были только на страницах проектов, по одной: чтобы сравнить, кто что раскрывает, приходилось открывать 33 страницы.Project terms (rental programme, guarantee, operator, title type, completion) were only on the project pages, one at a time: comparing who discloses what meant opening 33 pages.

- Страница «Обещано и раскрыто» на русском и английском: отдельные блоки «Москва» и «Турция», в каждом проекты с юнитами в продаже по полноте раскрытия; подпись — это полнота раскрытия условий продавцом, не оценка вложения.A «Promised and disclosed» page in Russian and English: separate «Moscow» and «Turkey» blocks, each listing the projects with units for sale by how fully they disclose; the caption says this is how fully the seller discloses the terms, not an assessment of the investment.
- У каждого проекта «раскрыто N из M» и три раскрывающихся списка: что обещает продавец (с цитатой и ссылкой на источник), что раскрыто и чего нет — со ссылками на страницы, где искали, или с пометкой «не проверяли».Each project shows «N of M disclosed» and three expandable lists: what the seller promises (with the quote and a link to the source), what is disclosed and what is not — with links to the pages where we searched, or marked «not checked yet».
