ЗадачаProblem

Отступ открытого списка считался от верха окна. Если строка домена была выше окна — после смены языка кнопкой в подвале или после изменения ширины окна ниже по странице, — список уезжал вниз: у cds.climate.copernicus.eu (820 px, переключение на английский) отступ стал 2616 px вместо 155, страница — 7084 px вместо 4623. Со всеми открытыми списками сдвигались 93 из 97 (800 px, смена языка в любую сторону).The open list's offset was measured from the top of the window. When the domain's row was above the window — after switching the language with the footer button, or after resizing the window further down the page — the list dropped down: for cds.climate.copernicus.eu (820 px) the offset became 2616 px instead of 155, and the page 7084 px instead of 4623. With all lists open, 93 of 97 moved (800 px, a switch in either direction).

• Отступ теперь не зависит от прокрутки. Замер на 800, 1024 и 1280 px, русский и английский, мышь и сенсор, все 97 списков открыты: после смены языка в подвале туда и обратно и после изменения ширины окна с середины и с конца страницы сдвинутых списков 0, высота страницы та же, что при открытии наверху.The offset no longer depends on scrolling. Measured at 800, 1024 and 1280 px, Russian and English, mouse and touch, all 97 lists open: after switching the language in the footer and back, and after resizing the window from the middle and the end of the page, 0 lists moved and the page height is the same as when opened at the top.
