Buttons weighted by action: a quieter «Remove», the note under its button

ЦельGoal
An investor builds a comparison and opens a lot: the main action on the screen should read first. On /compare the main action is adding a lot; on a lot page it is understanding what the «I want a full check» button means.
ЗадачаProblem
On /compare the «Remove» button had a dark fill — the same as a pressed toggle — and looked more important than «+ compare» next to it; a screen reader announced it as «pressed». On a lot page the note «this service is not offered yet» sat to the right of the button and on a 390 px phone broke mid-phrase; the button itself was 34 px — below 44 px for a tap.
How it was solved
Это действие, а не переключатель: aria-pressed у неё больше нет.«Remove» is an outlined «× Remove» button with no fill, lighter than «+ compare»; 44 px for a tap on a phone — now also in the comparison table header (it was 34 px there). It is an action, not a toggle: it no longer has aria-pressed.
- Пометка «услуга пока не оказывается» — отдельной строкой под кнопкой, целиком; кнопка на телефоне — 44 px.The note «this service is not offered yet» sits on its own line under the button, in one piece; on a phone the button is 44 px.
Texts and behaviour are unchanged: «Remove» still removes the lot from the comparison, the check button still only counts clicks.
